Job description

1. Skillfully carry out safety assessment, synthesis process development, optimization and quality research according to the process procedures provided by the process project leader.

2. Skillfully complete kilogram experiment or kilogram verification experiment according to the existing or optimized process.

3. Independently complete literature review and atlas analysis.

4. Skillfully complete the chemical reaction, make a more comprehensive analysis of the results, and solve most problems in the experiment.

5. Guide the organic synthesis process researchers to complete the project work.

6. Carry out experiments according to the project plan, and complete the experiment records and project reports clearly, completely and accurately according to the company's requirements.

Job requirements

1. Master degree or above in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and chemical engineering;

2. Have 3 years of experience in organic synthesis and organic synthesis process development and optimization.

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
